Integra Property Enhancement Services (Integra Lawn Care, "we", "us") is a family-owned lawn-care and property-enhancement company based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Information you give us
When you submit our quote form or contact us by email, you choose to share information like:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The property address you want serviced (if you choose to provide it)
- The city and ZIP code of the property
- The services you're interested in and any notes you add
We use this information solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule service, and follow up afterward. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use third-party tools to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies and may collect:
- Pages you visit, the order you view them in, and how long you stay
- Referring URL (the link or search you arrived from)
- Approximate location, browser type, device type, and operating system
- An anonymized identifier so we can tell repeat visits from new ones
We do not attempt to identify you personally from this data.
The specific tools we use
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures aggregate site traffic and conversion. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out site-wide with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — captures aggregate heatmaps and session replays of how visitors interact with pages. It masks sensitive form input and other private content by default. Microsoft's privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com.
How quote requests are delivered
When you submit the quote form, your information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our contact-handling service, which forwards it to our inbox via SendGrid (an email delivery provider). The form data lives in our email and our internal customer records — it is not stored in a public database.
Cookies and similar technologies
We (and the analytics tools above) use small text files called cookies stored in your browser. We use them to:
- Remember your light/dark theme preference
- Measure aggregate site usage (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not change how the site works for you.
How long we keep your information
Quote requests and customer records are kept for as long as you remain a customer plus a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes — typically up to seven years. Analytics data is retained according to the providers' default settings (currently up to 14 months for Google Analytics, 13 months for Microsoft Clarity).
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete: email info@ipeslawn.com from the address you used and we'll handle it within 30 days.
- Opt out of analytics: use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above, or enable "Do Not Track" in your browser — we honor it for Microsoft Clarity.
- Unsubscribe: any follow-up email we send includes a way to tell us to stop.
Children
Our services and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, contact us and we will remove it.
Updates to this policy
When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Substantial changes (new categories of data, new service providers) will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
